I've been slowly working on the background, getting the pieces into place. It's such slow work, trying to get everything to line up and sometimes getting it wrong, I've had to unpick and redo a few of the bits, and even then it's hard to know if it will all look right at the end. The angles need to be right, or the perspective will be all out of wack.
I've sewn them onto a background cotton drill, which is actually holding it's shape a lot better than I thought it might. I stabilized the logo even more with some white interfacing, since I'm planning on quilting it quite heavily and I don't want it to deform.
