Woohoo! I'm so excited to get there and have a good look at all the amazing quilts! We're leaving a day early so we can avoid any problems caused by Ita, hopefully it will all blow over without any issues.
This week has been the usual brand of crazy, my first uni assignment was due this morning and I've also been trying to get the outlines drawn up for the Anzac Quilts. Everything I do with them seems to take forever, if it would take me one hour to do the outline for a normal quilt this is taking me 12 hours!
I've been trying something new and using mum's projector to blow up the sketches to the correct size on the wall. I can then tape the fabric to the wall and trace the outline and know that things will be somewhere close to where they are supposed to be.
This is the image for the background of the first panel:
I got almost all of them done over the last two days!
